Dr.Lynch graduated from University College Cork and completed GP Vocational Training at University of Wales College of Medicine, Cardiff in 1990.
He subsequently completed training in community surgery and primary care dermatology in 1993 and has more than 25 years’ experience and service in these areas. He returned to Ireland in 2002 and established a community surgery base in the Southeast.
He is medical director of Enniscorthy and Whitemill Medical Centres where he runs community surgery and dermatology clinics. He also runs a vasectomy service in Cork and Dublin.
He is an active member of the Primary Care Surgical Association and Primary Care Dermatological Society of Ireland.
