Warts (Verrucas)
Warts are a common affliction caused by various subtypes of the papilloma virus.
While commonly affecting children, adults can also be affected.
CSI GPs can treat warts of the limbs, face, mouth, nose, genital and anal tissues using a combination of chemicals, surgical debulking and cryosurgery (freezing.)
Often an anaesthetic is used and several treatments may be required to achieve a complete cure.
